For duo bookings, Katie is joined on cello by the phenomenal Andy Nice who has played cello with everyone from Sade to Cradle of Filth and is most noted for his performance alongside Mr Darcy in BBCs Pride and Prejudice. Katie and Andy play together regularly and also teach together at Oxfordshire County Music Service. Katie and Andy are set to release a duo live album in spring 2025.
Band
Katie regularly plays with fellow musicans Andy Nice (Cellist for BBCs Pride and Prejudice), Jon Fletcher (Magpie Lane, Kismet) on guitar, mandolin and additional vocals and Paddy Harris on percussion as well and a variety of fiddle playing friends who stand ready to be included when the need arises. Bands in a variety of sizes can be pulled together for specific bookings, from trio to quintet and bigger if the mood takes.
